We are looking at a company called sound proof but would like any recommendations from people who have had this done. We originally got some from a builders yard and plastered over the top but this had no effect.

We are in the Army, however, we do not personally own any guns…hence no safe. My son's godfather has asked us to store his personal weapons for him while he is in Afghanistan, but I want to ensure total safety. He will be storing an AK-47 and a handgun of some kind here. We have a child in the house, so safety is an issue. We also want to prevent theft in case of a break in as well. Any suggestions?

If I put a gun safe in my garage, can it damage my valuables and firearms (ex. humidity, temp.)?
I live in PA and am weary of putting a gun safe in my garage. I thought about putting a “Golden Rod” dehumidifier in the safe. Is it possible for temperature changes and/or humidity to affect the firearms and contents if I put the dehumidifier in it?

Where to keep AIRSOFT guns?
I own a huge airsoft collection and all my guns are at least $200 and i was thinking of buying a safe but for airsoft guns? …. Not too sure
i want to spend $400 on a safe to keep AIRSOFT guns any other solutions of what to do please help
